As you will be in silence during the course of the program, you will not be able to use your phone or laptop. We request you to not carry any electronic gadgets except mobile phones as we have logistical constraints for their safe deposit. We request you to inform your family or workplace before the program starts that you will not be available and will be in complete silence during the program.
