Participants are required to be in samyama clothing.( white kurta or orange t-shirt, white pants) orange t-shirts must be purchased only from Isha life store as only a particular shade of orange is permitted. No other orange or other color borders or logos are allowed.
Proper attire includes ankle-length pants for both men and women (no capris or shorts) and long shirts or knee length kurtas that cover the upper arms and thighs. Both men and women are recommended to wear loose and comfortable clothing. They are available online at https://ishalife.sadhguru.org/in/ and at the Isha Life store at the Isha Yoga Center. It is important to bring at least 8 sets of clothes. You can also use the Samyama orange t-shirts available at Isha Life store.
