Isha Yoga Center will provide basic first aid and medical assistance. Any serious medical conditions must be informed to the program team well in advance. Any ongoing medical situations either in terms of physical or mental health, need to be checked with your doctor and upon medical clearance from them you will be allowed to participate in the program. We recommend you bring all your essential medicines in case of general or regular medication.
