Due to the nature of the Samyama program, it is highly recommended that one goes through a certain amount of preparation in order to make the most of what is being offered:
A) Regular practice of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya for a minimum of 60 days before the program.
B) Regular practice of Yogasanas.
C) Regular practice of Surya Shakti / Surya Kriya for a minimum of 60 days before the program.
D) Regular practice of Shoonya and Shakti Chalana Kriya.
B) 60 minutes of Sukha Kriya. It can be split into 2 or 3 sessions, minimum 20 min of sukha kriya in each session.
(These can be done at any time of the day, and do not require an empty-stomach condition.)
